*Shipping Delays May Occur due to COVID-19*

ALL SALES FINAL. An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed. 

Shipping Available Via USPS, UPS, and DHL
Orders are shipped with tracking and are given to delivery carriers by the next business day (please take into account holidays and/or weekends). Once shipped, orders may take 1-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. depending on the delivery selected at the time of checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping
LumiFox offers a flat rate shipping of $4.99 for U.S. orders. Please note, $4.99 is a flat estimate we offer. If shipping costs are more than $4.99, LumiFox pays for the difference. If cost was less than $4.99, the difference is held in our shipping account. As a reference, the average shipping cost for a package in the USA is $7.70. By placing an order with LumiFox, you agree to these terms.

Return to Sender
In a scenario where the carrier was unable to make a delivery and the order has been marked "Return to Sender", we will provide a refund for the items minus any shipping charges for the unopened box. Should a redelivery is requested, a new order will need to be placed and shipping charges will be applied for the redelivery.

 

"Tracking says my package was delivered but I didn't receive anything?"

USPS/UPS:

  • Please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. LumiFox cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property.

 

Damaged Upon Arrival

Please contact  hello@LumiFoxShop.com regarding any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide order number & issue, as well as photos if item(s) is damaged.
